To say that the power in the Subaru Crosstrek is underwhelming is a bit of an understatement. It comes with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that puts out 152 horsepower. Even its bigger engine – a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder – doesn’t offer more horsepower than the base engine in the Mazda CX-30.
Tech
You’ll love all of the tech features found in every Mazda CX-30. A Wi-Fi hot spot, two USB ports, and HD radio are all standard. You will also get Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and an eight-speaker stereo. Wireless device charging, navigation, and a 12-speaker BOSE® sound system are just a few of the available features. The Subaru Crosstrek only comes with one USB port and a four-speaker stereo. HD radio requires an upgrade.

The Mazda CX-30 comes loaded with safety features, such as:
