Powertrains
The 2025 Mazda CX-5 offers two engine choices. One is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that achieves 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque, which is found on “S” trims. The other is a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine powering “Turbo” trims that outputs 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque.
