Oil changes are imperative to achieving top-quality vehicle efficiency and safety. However, oil isn’t the only important fluid in your car – from transmission fluid to washer fluid, your vehicle runs on several other vital fluids as well. It’s important to check and maintain safe levels of all vehicle fluids, so our technicians at our Mazda service center want to give you a brief run-down of all the different types of fluids inside your vehicle.

You are probably already familiar with oil – it lubricates your engine and keeps everything running smoothly. But what about radiator fluid? Also known as coolant or antifreeze, this orange or green substance keeps your engine from overheating, which can be dangerous. You’ve also got transmission fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid working in your vehicle as well. Each of these fluids work to lubricate their respective car parts to prevent friction and undue wear. While these don’t need to be swapped out as often as oil changes, they do need to be checked and topped off from time to time.

Air conditioning coolant or refrigerant is important in the summertime if you want your A/C to blow cold air. While washer fluid isn’t as essential as some of the other fluids, it is needed for keeping your windshield clean and easy to see through.

Diagnosing a fluid issue is a cinch for our expert technicians. Depending on the symptoms your vehicle is having and if any warning lights are on, we can go through our long list to determine the root of the issue. Sometimes a fluid may just be low, but if it’s actively leaking, you may need a hose or other car part replaced.

To save you money on fluid service, we have all kinds of Mazda coupons that can make car care more budget-friendly. Come visit our technicians at Peruzzi Mazda soon!

As vehicle safety tech advances, this car continues to evolve and stay ahead of the competition. Visit Peruzzi Mazda to see what this vehicle is all about.

The 2019 Mazda CX-5 was selected as a top-rated compact crossover SUV in the 2019 Best New Car Awards, thanks to its new turbo engine option and improved value, design, and technology. At Peruzzi Mazda, we love a fancy, new cars, and so should you! While buying a brand new car isn’t a good fit for every car shopper, it’s possible that buying new is the best option for you and your family, thanks to its financial, lifestyle, and long-term benefits.

To start, when you buy a new car, you know it’s going to have low mileage. When a car ages and starts racking up miles, parts start breaking down and need to be replaced or repaired. When you purchase a car with less than 100 miles on it, you know it’s going to be a long time before you cross that bridge. Plus, buying new can give you that peace of mind knowing that your car has never been involved in an accident or disaster that may have compromised it.

Consider buying a new car to be a financial investment. Sometime down the road, you may want to sell or trade your car, which will allow you to make back the money you initially spent on your vehicle. You can then, in turn, use that money to purchase your next vehicle. Leases are a great way to get a taste of a new car without spending as much up front, but they do involve mileage limits and other minor fees that might not work for you. Plus, you don’t make back the money you spend on a lease when it’s time to return your vehicle.

Our new cars for sale come with all of today’s best safety and technology features. To experience top-quality tech like back-up cameras, wireless phone connectivity, and heated seats, visit our Mazda showroom near Philadelphia, PA today.

Did you ever wonder how we get so many fantastic pre-owned cars at Peruzzi Mazda? It’s all thanks to vehicle trade-ins. We don’t mean simply swapping one car for another – instead, you get to drive home in a brand new vehicle for a lower price. The added bonus is that you don’t have to worry about selling your current car – we will credit you for it and take care of the rest.

When you’re considering trading a vehicle with us, the process is fairly simple. You start with our instant trade-in report on our website. With a few details about your vehicle and its condition, we can give you an instant Kelly Blue Book estimate of what your vehicle is worth and what we may be able to offer you for it.

You can then utilize our Mazda car loan calculator, which accounts for trade-in values, to determine what your monthly payment would look like. With your definitive budget in mind, you can shop for the vehicle that fits you financially, logistically, and in every other way for your transportation needs.

The day of the trade, you just need to bring your current car title and any other necessary paperwork, like a proof of income and your ID. Our finance team will go over information with you like your annual percentage rate (APR), loan length, required down payment (if applicable), and other essential details. After that, you can remove your personal items from your previous car and drive off in your new Mazda vehicle.

The Mazda3 is such a versatile option for new drivers, young families, and anyone looking to make their daily commute a little more thrilling. It comes in both sedan and hatchback options and it includes all of today’s modern i-ACTIVSENSE® safety features. New for the upcoming 2020 Mazda3 are powertrain changes that will allow for more power and better efficiency.

The next generation of one of our favorite Mazda vehicles is on the way soon. What we know so far is that it will carry that same sleek design with “stellar handling” as usual. The implementation of our new SKYACTIV®-Vehicle Architecture in this model will allow the cabin to have less noise and vibration, which improves the overall ride quality.

The new Mazda3 is expected to have a new gasoline compression-ignition engine in the higher-end trims. The SKYACTIV®-X is a supercharged four-cylinder engine that burns an ultralean charge during compression ignition. The air-to-fuel ratio is more than double that of a conventional gas engine.

This system will result in more horsepower (190 horsepower and 207 lb.-ft. torque), as well as a bump in fuel efficiency compared to last year’s model. The standard model will have our naturally aspiration 155 horsepower 2.0-liter SKYACTIV®-G inline-four engine. It will be available in six-speed SKYACTIV®-MT manual and six-speed SKYACTIV®-Drive automatic options, as well.

We can’t wait to learn more about the safety, convenience, and entertainment features that are sure to wow us in the coming months. We hope to see the new Mazda3 on sale later this year. And if you’d like to check out the 2019 Mazda3 Hatchback in the meantime, visit our Mazda dealership in Fairless Hills, PA. We look forward to working with you.

The Mazda brand is well known for its performance vehicles, and we are thrilled to announce that we are still flourishing as a racing brand in 2019. Just recently, Mazda drivers Jonathan Bomarito and Harry Tincknell earned their third win in a row at the Road America round of the 2019 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship held Wisconsin.

According to racingnation.com, it was a “clean and green” race lasting two hours and forty minutes with very few issues. The winning Mazda car covered 83 laps (335.984 miles) in the allotted time and beat out the closest competitor, the Penske Acura model, by just .227 seconds. The race went on without any full course yellows, and the sunny, warm weather reflected the feelings of joy Mazda enthusiasts felt with the win.

According to Mazda driver Jonathan Bomarito, “It was just a flat out race, no cautions. It was managing traffic, managing rear tire wear, managing fuel numbers. And pushing like crazy the whole time trying to keep pace with Penske, build gaps in traffic.” Fans might have been biting their nails for a moment, but the race turned out well for the Mazda family.

As usual, Mazda cars have earned their right to stand among the top performance vehicles. In fact, the third-place finisher was also driving a Mazda vehicle. We can’t wait to see what the next race holds for our brand!

Come see us at Peruzzi Mazda in Fairless Hills, PA today if you’d like to chat more about our brand or the current models we are offering. We look forward to finding you the sporty, functional, and thrilling Mazda vehicle you’ve always wanted.

During the warmer months, many drivers pack on the miles with family road trips and other summer adventures. As your summer comes to a close, we at Peruzzi Mazda hope you continue safe driving measures that account for road hazards you might encounter. To ensure you have a safe and happy journey, we’ve collected some road hazard tips for you to heed.

  • Poor weather: It isn’t just ice and snow you’ll want to think about in terms of weather. During the warmer months, you’ll want to keep those windshield wipers working their best and be careful of slick roads or hydroplaning during those summer showers.
  • Distractions: With Bluetooth® capabilities in most modern cars, there’s no excuse for texting or holding your phone while driving. Even worse still is driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Keep your eyes on the road and monitor posted speed limits and other signage to ensure you’re driving responsibly.
  • Pedestrians: If you live in the city, you might be used to pedestrians and cyclists sharing the road with you. However, you can never be too careful when you approach a school zone, or a busy intersection with crosswalks or a highly congested, heavy-foot traffic area.
  • Construction: A summer staple in Pennsylvania. Always slow down when you see orange cones or signs. Construction zones can pop up on familiar routes and disrupt what is normally a routine drive.
  • Potholes/debris: Pothole season is back! Keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road so that you will see them and other debris before your tires and rims suffer the consequences.

If you’d like more information or if you’re due for a tune up, come see us at our Mazda service center in Fairless Hills, PA.

Is your high school or college-aged driver about to hit the road for back-to-school? At Peruzzi Mazda, we want to help you pick out a vehicle that is safe, versatile, and functional for your new driver so that you are worry-free during their daily commutes. Come by for a test drive in your favorite Mazda cars today.

Mazda vehicles are great for students due to their high fuel-efficiency and the numerous versatile options. Additionally, many of our available models come with i-ACTIV AWD®, which is ideal for driving during the winter in Pennsylvania. Add in the various entertainment and i-ACTIVSENSE® driver assistance capabilities, and we think your new driver is going to love their new Mazda car.

The Mazda3, in general, is a great first car due to its moderate size and engine strength. We recommend the 2019 Mazda3 5-door in particular for high school and college drivers due to the added versatility that comes with its hatchback design. It still drives like a safe and sturdy sedan, yet there’s cargo space for all of the extracurricular activities for your teen — whether they’re an athlete, actor, or something else.

The Mazda CX-3 is a roomy sport utility model, yet it’s one of the most practical models we offer. The beauty of Mazda SUVs is that they offer extra space and height, but they’re not so large that they’d be difficult to parallel park or drive in traffic.

With the variety of new car offers we have right now, it’s totally feasible to buy or lease a Mazda model in time for the back-to-school season. We’d be happy to chat with you about the Mazda3, Mazda CX-3, or any of our other new or pre-owned Mazda vehicles we have available.
